Free Energy Audits

We determine if your house lets in too much cold air in other common places using a blower door. 
We’ll  tell you if your furnace and water heater are working correctly, and test for gas leaks.

About Us

Green Iowa AmeriCorps helps make Iowans more energy efficient through low-impact home weatherization, energy education, and community outreach. Green Iowa AmeriCorps is headquartered at the University of Northern Iowa, and maintains seven sites throughout Iowa.

We are currently looking to fill full-time positions at multiple of our sites for the upcoming 2018-19 term.  We have seven sites throughout the state and are excited to see a lot of new faces enter the program.
