Casey
Casey is the Logistics Coordinator with Green Iowa Americorps in Des Moines. He grew up in Seattle, Washington and graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelors degree in Environmental Science with an Alternative Energy focus. He joined Green Iowa Americorps to learn more about sustainability, home energy savings, and to help people in need. When not working he likes to hike, bike, socialize, and play video games. He is excited to be involved with the people of Des Moines!
Nicole
Nicole is the Outreach and Marketing Coordinator with Green Iowa AmeriCorps in Des Moines. Nicole is from Johnston Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelors degree in Biology, and a minor in Animal Science. As the outreach coordinator Nicole plans and implements environmentally focused volunteer and outreach programs for all ages. As the Marketing Coordinator Nicole runs the social media pages; Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. She has a passion for the environment and engaging people of all ages to find their passions and what they can do to better this beautiful planet.
Elena
Elena is the Audit Coordinator in Des Moines. She is originally from Fort Worth, TX and graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Architectural Engineering. She’s interested in energy efficiency in buildings and passionate about sustainability. Elena is excited to get involved in the Des Moines community!
