Get to know the Davenport team
YeChan Lim, Audit Coordinator

YeChan is from West Lafayette, IN and a M.S. Environmental and Ecological Engineering graduate from Purdue University. He joined Green Iowa AmeriCorps to engage with the local community and make a positive impact on the individuals who need it the most. He is also very interested in environmental education/policy and hopes to get experience in these fields through this service term.
In his free time, YeChan enjoys singing in choirs and playing the piano and trumpet!

Breanna Pairrett, Logistics Coordinator
Breanna is a Davenport native and is studying to receive her A.A.S. in Environmental Health and Safety. She joined Green Iowa AmeriCorps to develop more skills that pertain to environmental stewardship that will help her advance her career and networking abilities.
Breanna is the proud mother of two dogs (a Puggle and an American Eskimo), three fishes, six snails, ten hermit crabs, and seven corals; she thinks all of her babies are cute (yes, even the snails and crabs!).

Zach Alexander, Education Coordinator
Zach is from Geneseo, IL, but St. Louis is where his heart lies. Zach joined Green Iowa AmeriCorps because he wanted a job that engaged the local community.
Zach likes long walks on the beach and listening to music with his windows rolled down. This May, he graduated with a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Webster University in Saint Louis, Missouri. While at Webster, he played college baseball and was an active member in local politics.

Jasleen Dhillon, Outreach Coordinator
Jasleen is from Dallas, TX and an Environmental Science graduate from Southern Methodist University. She joined Green Iowa AmeriCorps because she wants experience applying sustainable practices in everyday life and engaging with the local community.
In her spare time, Jasleen enjoys watching movies and drinking chai. She is not looking forward to her first Iowa winter. Jasleen hopes to one day get a PhD in Environmental Anthropology and research the effects of environmental degradation on people in developing worlds.
